How to Measure Your Foot
Prepare:
Place a sheet of paper on a hard, flat floor against a wall.
Stand naturally:
Place your heel against the wall and stand normally on the paper.
Wear the socks you plan to wear with your shoes.
Mark your longest toe:
Mark the end of your longest toe on the paper.
Measure the length:
Measure from the wall/heel position to the mark at your longest toe.
Record the measurement in centimeters (CM).
Measure both feet:
Feet can differ slightly in size, so use the measurement of your longer foot.
Choose your size:
Match your foot length with the
Foot Length (CM) column in the Pellevista size chart.
How to Measure Your Foot Width
Foot width is measured across the widest part of your
forefoot. Measuring your width can help you choose the
most comfortable fit.
Stand naturally:
Stand upright with your full weight evenly distributed
on the foot.
Find the widest point:
Identify the widest part of your forefoot,
usually around the ball of the foot.
Measure across:
Measure straight across the widest part of your foot
from one side to the other.
Do not wrap the tape:
If using a ruler, keep it straight across your foot.
Do not measure around the circumference.
Measure both feet:
Use the width measurement of your wider foot.
Select your width:
Compare your measurement with the width options available
for the specific Pellevista shoe style.
Narrow
For slimmer feet
Standard
For average-width feet
Wide
For wider feet
Width Tip:
If your foot feels tight across the widest part,
consider the wider available option. If your foot is
significantly wider than standard, choose Wide when
available.
Please note: Shoe fit can vary slightly depending on
the shoe style, leather, construction, and foot shape.
This guide is intended to help you select the closest
size and width. If you are between sizes, we recommend
choosing the larger size.

The Story
There is beauty in restraint and perhaps, no design expresses it better than the Swan Lazyman.
Born from Ichigo Ichie’s belief “One meeting, one lifetime” the Swan was created for those who find meaning in silence, precision, and devotion to craft.
Each pair takes over 100 hours of pure handwork: pattern sculpting, welt stitching, sole carving, and patina performed slowly, deliberately, without shortcuts.
Because true elegance never hurries.
A Lazyman Like No Other
While most Lazyman shoes are built for convenience, the Swan redefines the genre with discipline and intention. Its elastic panels are hidden under sculpted leather pleats not to simplify, but to preserve purity of form.
The upper blends embossed Italian calf and smooth hand-dyed leather in warm cognac tones, transitioning subtly like sunlight over amber. From afar, it appears effortless; up close, it reveals a thousand quiet choices made by the maker.
As featured on The Shoe Snob Blog — “A Lazyman Shoe Like No Other,” by Justin FitzPatrick (Founder of J. FitzPatrick Footwear).
Craftsmanship
Every Swan Lazyman is made using traditional handwelted construction the purest, most enduring method of shoemaking. No machine stitches touch the welt only awl, thread, and steady hands. Each pair is shaped, welted, and finished by artisans who still believe that slowness is the highest form of luxury.
The outsole, hand-painted in deep emerald green and finished with brass toe plates, whispers durability with refinement.
Philosophy
We believe true luxury lies not in price, but in patience. Each Swan Lazyman carries the quiet confidence of its maker calm, balanced, enduring. It doesn’t ask for attention; it earns it, step by step, year by year.
Ichigo Ichie one meeting, one lifetime.
